Celebrate Halloween, Christmas Aboard Disney Cruise Line

Looking to go beyond the typical trick or treat or ho-hum ho-ho-ho?

Disney Cruise Line has themed offerings aboard its ships that are sure to add a kick to your holidays.

“Halloween on the High Seas” will be celebrated on all four ships — Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy, Disney Wonder, and Disney Magic. Disney characters will be dressed in Halloween costumes and the voyages will be chock full of Halloween parties, entertainment and decorations, including the Pumpkin Tree. Jack and Sally from the Nightmare Before Christmas will be on hand the take part in the sing-along event, Nightmare before Christmas Sing and Scream.

The Very Merrytime Cruises will also be featured on all four ships, which will be decked out with 124 holiday

trees, 14,000 yards of ribbon, and more than 5.5 miles of Christmas lights. There will also be a giant candy cane and a 1-ton King Triton Christmas tree, which will be part a tropical deck party. Santa Claus will hand out 300 pounds of gingerbread cookies and as if that’s not enough, there will be a life-size gingerbread house.

Thanksgiving and New Year’s will also be done up in true Disney style.
