WDW Radio Named ‘Best Travel Podcast’ for 2013

WDWPodcastFor the eighth year in a row, Lou Mongello’s WDW Radio was named “Best Travel Podcast 2013.” The honor took place at the New Media Expo (NMX) in Las Vegas.

Here are Mongello’s comments:

Thanks to the amazing WDW Radio family, WDW Radio was named Best Travel Podcast 2013 at theNew Media Expo in Las Vegas this past weekend. I cannot thank you enough for the support, friendship, and faith each of you extend to me, my family, and the show each and every day. 

I am truly humbled and honored to be able to produce this show for you, and to have the opportunity to share our collective love of Disney. I consider each and every one of you my friends, and I am grateful beyond words.

This award is for, by and thanks to each and every one of you.

Mongello is the author of Walt Disney World Trivia Books, Vol. 1 and Vol. 2.

Dedicated to celebrating the magic of Walt Disney World, WDW Radio features Walt Disney World news, vacation planning, reviews, trivia, history, fun facts, contests and as well as exclusive interviews with Disney Imagineers, executives, and celebrities. Mongello also hosts the WDW NewsCast, a weekly online video broadcast and chat that allows Disney fans to be an interactive part of the broadcast. The show is also available via podcast after airing.
